Realign tasks. Sometimes an existing process no longer supports a new structure. In that case, we work with you to be sure that the tasks are assigned to the correct staff.

Retrain staff. If new skills are needed, we develop hands-on training so people say “Aha ... I get it!” Back on the job, people say “Aah ... I can do it on my own!”.

Retool the work environment. Sometimes tools, rather than people, need to be adapted to improve performance.
